Quality Control for all phases of the project is provided by the firm primarily through the commitment of highly qualified personnel to all phases of the project under the direct supervision and involvement of the firm's principal. Projects are organized with a project architect working directly with the firm's principal through all phases of the project. This style of project management, with the same personnel involved throughout the project, provides a continuity of process and priorities resulting in projects completed on time and on budget.

Computer Technology for design and drafting, project management and office administration was first implemented in 1987 and has been upgraded regularly to maintain productivity and efficiency. We run the latest Autocad on networked workstations with a high speed internet connection to facilitate rapid exchange of information with consultants and clients. More recently, 3-d computer modelling software has been used to clarify the design through all design stages.
